Mosaic keeps quick notes as sticky notes you can stack, pin, tag and search, on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac.

Write to contact@zngapps.com, in English or German. Please tell us your device, the iOS or macOS version and the app version (Settings → About). Please don't send your notes; describing the problem is enough.

Sync doesn't work
iCloud sync is part of Mosaic Pro. Check that you have Mosaic Pro, that you're signed in to iCloud on every device (Settings → your name), that iCloud Drive is on, and that your iCloud storage isn't full. Sync needs a network connection and can take a few minutes. Your notes stay on the device in the meantime.
My Pro purchase doesn't show up
Open Settings → Mosaic Pro → Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. A purchase made on one device reaches your other devices within about a minute. Family Sharing is on for both purchase options.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Manage Subscription on the Pro screen in the app. We can't cancel or refund purchases ourselves; refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
I'm getting a new device
Sign in to the same Apple Account, install Mosaic and turn on iCloud sync (needs Pro). Without sync, export your notes first (Settings → Export) and import them on the new device. Exporting is always free.
Export and import
Settings → Export saves your notes as plain text or Markdown files. Settings → Import adds files back. Nothing is removed by either.
Delete all my data
Delete the notes in the app (and empty the archive), then switch iCloud sync off. To also remove the iCloud copy: Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Mosaic → Delete Data. Deleting the app removes the data from that device only.
Apple Watch
The watch app is read-only: it shows your notes, and you edit them on the iPhone. Open Mosaic on the iPhone once if the watch shows nothing.
Share extension
In any app, select text, tap Share and choose Mosaic to create a quick note. If it says “Open Mosaic once…”, open the app one time, then try again.
